The main idea of this article is that microbiologists have found out that refillable soap dispensers can carry  more microbes than sealed containers or cartons with their own nozzle. Refillable dispensers have more microbes because they don't get cleaned and sometimes fuzzy molds grow in them. The microbes are known for causing illnesses, rashes, urinary infections and eye infections. The cartons and other sealed bags of soap don't have any microbes because when they're finished you can just take out the carton or sealed bag. They are also trying to tell you that if you use refillable bags of soap your hand get dirtier.

When I read this article I felt disgusted because before I used the refillable bags. The article connects to what we are learning in class because its talking about bacteria and in class were talking about bacteria. This could be bad for society because basically everybody has refillable soap dispensers. This article came from discovery news so I think it is a reliable  source. I found this article by going to Mrs.M's blog and clicking discovery news and typing bacteria when I got to discovery news.
